SALE ITEMS

Please note that sale items, including pieces purchased during promotional events, are not eligible for refunds.

However, we understand that preferences can change.
Therefore, sale items may be:

  • Returned for store credit, or
  • Exchanged
  • within 7 days, provided the item is:
  • Unused and unworn
  • Free from perfume or makeup marks
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

REGULAR-PRICED ITEMS

Refund Window

You may request a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days and up to 14 days, the item may only be returned for store credit.
Refunds are not possible after the initial 7-day window, and no returns are accepted after 14 days.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn, unused, and free of scents
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

RETURN PROCESS

Our team will arrange a courier pickup for your item.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

AED 25 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return reaches our warehouse for the refund to be processed.
Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


COD ORDERS

Cash-on-delivery payments are refundable only as store credit.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While every item is carefully checked and steamed before dispatch, if you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged piece
  • The wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
We will prioritise resolving the matter promptly.


EXCHANGES

We offer complimentary courier pickup for exchanges.

Item Availability

We cannot guarantee availability of your desired size/colour at the time of exchange processing.

The quickest way to secure your item is to:

  • Place a new order for the preferred item
  • Email us to request an exchange for your original purchase

We will arrange a free pickup for the exchanged item.


PRE-ORDERS

The estimated shipping timeframe for pre-orders will be conveyed to you after the order is placed.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, as they are made specially for you.
Once shipped, standard return and exchange policies apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our fast fulfillment process, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Pre-order items are also non-cancellable once confirmed, as they are produced on demand.

Standard return and exchange policies remain applicable once the item is delivered.
